POSTAGE
A flat rate of $10 postage is charged. Freight is free for orders over $100.
If you are a customer not living in Australia, you will need to pay us the additional overseas freight charge and then it will be your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country. The Skin Corrective Centre will not charge you the Australian goods and services tax.Local postage will take between 3-5 working days and interstate may take up to 7 days.
REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Exchange of an item must be within 7 days of purchase with copy of receipt with clear evidence of an unopened bottle or container. Please include a self-addressed post pack when exchanging an item so it can be returned promptly. We dot not refund or exchange on SALE items or promotional packs. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit when goods are faulty within 7 days. In the case of a medically diagnosed reaction proof of reaction must be notified by a faxed letter from your doctor or Pharmacist to 02 6885 6345 or by coming in to The Skin Corrective Centre for an analysis. In these instances a case by case refund or exchange may be allowed.
PRIVACY POLICY
Personal details provided to The Skin Corrective Centre in relation to your purchase/s will not be used or given to a third party for any purpose other than to ensure the safe arrival of purchased goods.

The Skin Corrective Centre accepts payments by Afterpay, Mastercard and Visa.

CREDIT CARD
Pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard) in our secure environment. Credit card details and passwords are all stored in a highly encrypted secure database. Payment by credit card is the easiest and most efficient method of shopping at the Skin Corrective Centre.
Credit cards are charged when goods are ready to be despatched, and not at the time of ordering. If a card has been declined, we will email you informing you. If we haven't received a response in 5 days, we will retry the card. In the event of a second failure, the order will be immediately cancelled.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The Skin Corrective Centre products are subject to availability on a daily basis. In some rare instances we may be out of stock of a product you wish to buy. If this instance occurs we will notify you via email and we are happy to try and reorder the item as quickly as possible. We will inform you of any waiting period or alternatively you can select another product.
