Before you arrive

Punctuality
Please allow 10 minutes before your first appointment to complete your skin consultation form prior to your treatment. For subsequent visits please allow 10 minutes prior to your treatment to maximise your time with us.

Pregnancy Safety
As a precaution, we do not advise receiving treatments performed within the Centre such as massage, some skin resurfacing peels, Skin Needling, IPL Laser treatments, or any Microdermabrasion facial or Facial treatment using the ingredient (Vitamin A). Please advise your therapist if you are pregnant and we will tailor you treatment needs to ensure your safety and the safely of your baby. Do not dismay there are loads of pregnancy treatment options.

Refunds and Exchange
Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. Products are unable to be refunded once they are opened. Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unopened.

Gift Cards
Please ensure that you bring your gift card along with you to your appointment. Your gift card bar code is unique and needs to be viewed before your treatment begins. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from purchase date. Gift cards cannot be redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. We do not keep gift cards on file.

Cancellation
Management appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. It is important that you provide us with your mobile phone number in order to send you an SMS confirmation text message.You will not be able to re-book future appointments if you incur 3 no-show appointments.

If you are late
We allow a certain time allocated to each treatment & always want to perform an outstanding service, so if you are late you will lose valuable time. If your treatment is compromised by a late arrival, we will endeavour to prioritise what you would like us to focus most of all during your treatment. The full fee for your treatment will still apply.

TSCC caters for any special requests, budget and corporate orders.You may purchase your gift cards over the phone, online 24/7 or in-store. Gift cards have unique bar codes so when purchasing, please record the unique bar code number or retain your receipt in case the recipient’s gift card is lost or stolen. Please Note: TSCC Gift Card can not be used towards any services provided by Visiting Cosmetic Doctors or Physician.

Using Cosmeceutical grade products and ingredients for the first time?
If you have never used active, prescribed skincare before, you will need to be aware that your skin may experience temporarily, what is known as the “healing crisis” This occurs when active ingredients such as AHA’S, BHA’s, Vitamin C’s and Vitamin A‘s are introduced in low PH formulations to the skin for the first time. This is due to the ingredients rapidly increasing your cellular metabolism and encouraging quick skin cell proliferation. Because your cells are turning over so quickly now, your upper layers need some time to catch up with the structural changes that are occurring. Do not be alarmed if your skin becomes flaky and dry during the first 2-4 weeks of active skincare use. This is a very normal response. Your skin is not being compromised and you are not having a reaction. If anything, these flaky cells are what has been covering up that beautiful underlying skin that we need to expose. During this time it is best to keep hydrated with an appropriate cleanser, exfoliant and moisturiser and ensure you ease into your actives as prescribed.

Booking online & purchasing skincare online or over the phone
The Skin Corrective Centre offers a unique online booking capability via our website. Simply create a login profile then proceed to book your own appointments 24/7. The Centre also hosts an online store where you are able to purchase or re-purchase your skincare. Please phone anytime to purchase your products over the phone and have them posted to you.

Parking & Paying
The Skin Corrective Centre offers 19 car spaces directly at the front of the centre in addition to street parking. Finding a park is never a problem. The Skin Corrective Centre accepts, eftpos, cash and most credit cards. We do not accept cheques or American express.
